Before you apply for a re-certification extension you must complete the following and upload during registration. You will not be able to register without the following (as applicable):
- Complete applicable Evaluation Form
- If applying for Concrete Technician Interim Certification you must upload a copy of your current ACI Grade 1 Field Certification.
